Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee

AcquiLens is provided by Bowraven Limited. We want you to be happy with your subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, including the date of the first payment taken after a free trial.

The guarantee covers your initial purchase — for a subscription that started with a free trial, that is the first payment taken after the trial ends. It does not automatically apply to later subscription renewals (monthly or annual) or to individually purchased additional assessments. Refund requests for those are still considered fairly — see “Other refund requests” below.

Free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any point before it ends without paying anything. If you forget to cancel and are charged, the 14-day refund window above applies to that payment.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and Paddle handles payments, invoices and refunds. To request a refund:

• visit paddle.net and enter the email address used for your purchase, or
• email us at support@acquilens.com with your order details and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually takes a few working days to show the funds.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not automatically issue a refund — request one as described above if you are within the 14-day window.

Other refund requests

Outside the 14-day window we will still consider refund requests fairly, for example where there has been a billing error, a duplicate charge, or the service was materially unavailable. Paddle also operates its own refund policy, and nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
